Underage Policy

1. 18+ only

The Service is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over. Persons under 18 must not create an account, attempt to access the Service, or view any of its content. By using the Service you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and lawfully entitled to view sexually explicit AI-generated fictional content where you live.

2. How age is established

Age is established by self-declaration at two points: the 18+ age gate shown to visitors, and an explicit confirmation at account registration.

In jurisdictions that require technical age assurance for adult content (including the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Australia, Brazil, South Korea, Japan, and Turkey), we additionally require verified age assurance before granting access. This check is operated by Didit, an independent third-party identity-verification provider, which matches a government-issued identity document against a live face capture to confirm the person is an adult. That document analysis and biometric face-match are performed by Didit on its own systems; we receive only a pass or fail result and never receive or store identity documents or biometric data. 3. Layered access to adult content

We reduce the risk of casual or accidental exposure to adult content through a layered design:

• The default view of the public website shows only safe-for-work imagery.
• Soft-nude persona artwork is delivered blurred and is revealed only after an explicit per-image tap by the viewer.
• Sexually explicit Platform-Generated content is never published. It exists only as private output inside a one-to-one persona chat, in response to the user's own prompts.

4. Zero tolerance for sexual content involving minors

Any sexual content involving minors — depictions, descriptions, role-play, suggestions, prompts intended to produce such content, or attempts to make a persona behave as a minor in a sexual context — is absolutely prohibited and has no exceptions. This rule applies to user-submitted content and to any output produced by the Service. It cannot be relaxed through prompts, settings, or any other means.

We operate layered safety filters (input keyword filtering, system prompt rules, post-generation tag checks, and persona-level refusal rules) specifically to block this category. These filters cannot be disabled by users.

5. What happens if we suspect an underage user

If we have reason to believe an account belongs to a person under 18 - whether from a report, behaviour on the account, content posted, or information you have given us, we will:

• immediately suspend the account and block further sign-in;
• terminate the account and delete the associated personal data within the timeframe set out in section 9 of the Privacy Policy;
• refer the matter to the competent authorities where required by law, and preserve the minimum records needed to do so; and
• where appropriate, attempt to contact a parent or legal guardian to confirm the deletion.

6. Reporting an underage user or related content

If you believe a user of the Service is under 18, or that any content on or generated by the Service sexualises a minor, report it immediately to legal@untolds.chat. Include any account identifier, URL, or screenshot you can share. Suspected child sexual abuse material is treated with the highest priority and, where required by law, referred to organisations such as NCMEC and the competent national authority.

7. Parental and network-level controls

Parents, guardians, schools, employers, and network operators can block the Service using OS parental controls, DNS-level adult-content filtering, router/ISP family-protection filters, or a custom domain blocklist. See section 2.4 of the Terms of Service for specific recommended tools. Our domain is tagged in standard adult-content categorisations used by mainstream filtering products.
