Who operates this service
Untolds (untolds.chat) is operated by a sole trader established in Italy. Untolds is run by one person, not a company, and is not backed by investors or an advertising network. That is why you will not find a corporate name or a registration number here: there is no company to name.
The operator is registered for VAT in Italy and has provided full identity, tax, and address details to our payment processors and to the relevant authorities. We do not publish those details on the site.
How to reach us
Email legal@untolds.chat for anything legal, contractual, or privacy-related, including data-protection requests, complaints, and content reports. This is a monitored address and a real person answers it, usually within a couple of business days. It is the single point of contact for the purposes of the Digital Services Act.

Governing law
Our Terms of Service are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts where you live. Nothing in our terms takes that away.
Payments
Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We may route payments through any of PayRam, NowPayments, or NexaPay. We never receive or store your card details. Section 4 of the Terms explains what you are buying, what is refundable, and what is not.
